More Stuff

Life is just so busy! I really want to blog, I really want to comment on your blogs, but I barely have time to run through and read them. I can't remember what I've written about so if I repeat myself, just skip through it.

I have a new job (and I still have my old job). I am working with Chick Fil A as a marketing director. There were 3 of us doing it but now there are 2 1/2 b/c one girl can't make up her mind if she wants to do it or not. I LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT. It makes me hate my other job even worse b/c I have so much fun w/ CFA. Everytime is something different, and when you are passing out free Chick Fil A, EVERYONE is your friend. So back to my last post (the "I hate people" one), I am a people person as long as it is people I don't know and they are being nice to me. I'm good with the public when it comes to this CFA stuff. I had to be on the radio this morning and I was NERVOUS and talked really really fast. I just hope everyone understood what I was saying :)
Last night I worked w/ CFA doing an event called "Taste of (insert my hometown)" and it was so fun. It was a benefit for the Domestic Violence Interventi on Center and basically, people had to buy tickets for $25 and a lot of local restaurants were there sampling food. I had some good food! It was at a really nice hotel at a really nice golf course but here's the funny part (and I wish I had a picture to post)...Hooter's was there with one of their naked Hooter girls!! I was flabbergasted! I honestly felt like everyone though I was a lesbian b/c I could NOT stop staring at the girl but it was out of UTTER DISBELIEF that this girl would dress like that and feel perfectly comfortable in that environment (not to mention it was 20 degrees outside). I was shocked!

Speaking of our weather--how crazy is this: tonight's low is 24, tomorrow's low is 30, the next day 40, and the next day 50 something. How crazy is our weather??

Weight loss--I'm at 20.5. I said I wasn't going to try and lose during the holidays but just try and maintain but then I went last week and had lost 2lbs. This week probably won't be as good b/c of last night and a Christmas party I'm going to on Saturday. Plus, next week I'm doing a grand opening for Chick Fil A so I'm sure I'll be partaking in some food :)

Christmas shopping is almost done!! Yea! It is a good thing too b/c I'm running out of time and money. I also have a sick baby so I can't go shopping today (or probably this weekend either). I'm excited about Christmas. I'm getting a Roomba...did I say that already?? WOOHOO! Clean floors all the time :)
